R. Elliot Reinert
Co-Founder and Director of Sales

Elliott Reinert has been active in educational sales and professional development for almost two decades serving school districts, colleges, correctional facilities and other community organizations nationwide. He brings particular expertise in the application of technology to meet the needs of students who struggle to read. As a consultant to school districts, Mr. Reinert is frequently sought by administrators and teachers seeking strategic and tactical advice as they integrate technology into the classroom.

Mr. Reinert's experience in educational technology is coupled with an extensive background in media production. This blend of education and production experience brings a unique perspective on the capacity of multi-media learning to advance academic achievement. He has produced video, music and broadcasts for such organizations as The Christian Science Monitor, Videorecord Corporation of America and the American Management Association. Additionally, Mr. Reinert was the Producer and host of an internationally broadcast radio program for the CS Publishing Society.

Mr. Reinert has held the position of Director of Professional Development for Lexia Learning Systems where he has designed and implemented professional development programs to improve the teaching of reading. His business experience includes having served as Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce in Ashland, Oregon and numerous successful sales ventures. As a former teacher of math, music and drama in New York, Mr. Reinert is compelled to represent only those products which are proven to advance academic performance. He holds a bachelor's in fine arts from the State University College of New York at Buffalo.

Jean Welsh, EdD
Co-Founder and Managing Director

Jean Welsh brings more than 20 years of executive experience in fast-growth, mission-driven businesses. Much of her career has focused on building training organizations that serve the professional development needs of educators and healthcare professionals. Dr. Welsh brings particular expertise in the design of instructional methodology and the assessment of training effectiveness. She has also been the lead developer of several proprietary technology products for the assessment of functional gains, analytics and reporting.

Inspired by the challenges of special education, Dr. Welsh began her professional life working toward the integration of persons with multiple disabilities. Her disability focus has included cognitive impairments, deafness and blindness. As a vocational rehabilitation specialist, she worked to remediate the profound impact of illiteracy on independence and quality of life. Her management experience includes for-profit and not-for-profit organizations including the Prism Health Group, Seniorlink, the Commission for the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital and the Easter Seal Society. As a consultant in private practice, Dr. Welsh has provided training and technical assistance to clients nationally and internationally and has regularly presented at conferences on disability issues.

She holds a master's and doctorate in education from Auburn University with a bachelor's degree from Bucknell University. Dedicated to equity in bilingual education, she is an avid student of the Spanish language and a frequent traveler to Latin America.
